1. Company Details

2. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Quotes are based on the information provided at the time. If site conditions differ from those described, we reserve the right to revise the price before work begins.
- VAT is included in all quoted prices unless stated otherwise.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Work is scheduled once a quote is accepted and a convenient time agreed.
- Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations may incur a call-out charge to cover travel and reserved time.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances outside our control, with as much notice as possible.
4. Workmanship
- All work is carried out to a professional standard in line with relevant industry guidelines.
- We carry appropriate public liability insurance. Details are available on request.
- If you are not satisfied with any part of the work, please let us know within 7 days and we will return to put it right where reasonable.
5. Access and Facilities
- You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned, including access to an outside water supply and outdoor power where these are needed for the work.
- Any cleaning solutions, equipment and materials we use remain the property of Glorious Gutters & Exterior Cleaning.
6. Payment
- Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept bank transfer and cash. Card payments may be arranged by prior agreement.
- Late payment may result in suspension of any ongoing support or maintenance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects or wear (for example loose or cracked tiles, damaged or blocked guttering, or worn sealant and pointing) that may be present before, or become apparent during or after, cleaning.
8. Website Use
This website is provided for information purposes. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that all information is complete or current at all times.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
